Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 12 oz domestic beer
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (shred yourself)
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1-2 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot
- 1-2 tsp garlic powder
- 1-2 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Make roux over medium heat, milk butter and add flour. Cook for a couple minutes while whisking.
- Add in milk, beer and cook till warm.
- Add in cheese coated in corn starch, and whisk until melted.
- Add in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper and Frank’s Red Hot.
- Serve with bread, pretzels, veggies or whatever else you want to dip in it!
